LudeWeather makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of weather forecasts. Do not rely solely on LudeWeather data for safety-critical decisions. 4. Intellectual Property

The LudeWeather name, logo, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Weather data belongs to OpenWeatherMap and is subject to their terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from LudeWeather's proprietary content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LudeWeather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on weather forecasts provided.

6. Service Availability

LudeWeather strives to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data unavailability.
