LudeWeather is provided for personal, non commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Misrepresent weather data obtained from the Service

3. Accuracy of information

Weather data is provided by OpenWeather and Open-Meteo and is offered on an as is basis. LudeWeather makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of weather forecasts. Do not rely on LudeWeather alone for safety critical decisions. 4. Intellectual property

The LudeWeather name, logo, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Current conditions and air quality data are provided by OpenWeather under their terms. Forecast and UV data are provided by Open-Meteo under CC BY 4.0. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the proprietary content of LudeWeather without express written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LudeWeather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on the weather forecasts provided.

6. Service availability

LudeWeather aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for downtime or data unavailability.

7. Third party services

LudeWeather relies on the OpenWeather and Open-Meteo APIs for weather data. Changes to those services, or their discontinuation, may affect LudeWeather. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of the third party services we depend on.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms are resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
